I wanted to find the home of my dreams and instead I found the WORST NIGHTMARE in the form of Nesslin Cruz of Dorsia Real Estate aka 818-781-9797. What happened was I was scouring the internet for a new place to rent (when I say home, I don't mean "house" as in a place where you stay that is all yours, but to rent, that is how I refer to rentals as well as houses as) but what happened was I went scouring the net for a new place to rent, to love where I could be free of some noisy neighbors who kept me up at all hours of the night (I stay working the entire day so don't have much to do when I get home but sleep) so I contacted Mr. Nesslin Cruz over the phone and boy was I ever wrong...
What happened was when I contacted him first, we agreed to meet up and he would show me the property. I saw the property - a two bedroom with bath - and it seemed like the kinda place I could fall in love with, have housemates over (I also have a steady gf and we have been planning to have some kids for a long time and because the place looked affordable for my budget PLUS was the perfect place, I just fell in love with the area and had to have it). Anyways, I went to him and things didn't really transpire like I thought they would after:
At first, he wanted 4 MONTHS SECURITY RENT (I am familiar with first month and last month or even first month on top of security but, since I have a perfect credit score, this made no sense - I guess he jived off the fact that I fell in live with the place and felt I had to just HAVE IT so he took advantage of me) but, no this isn't even THE WORST;
He went ahead when I agreed to the dubious financial terms and turned around and told me I HAD TO PAY IN CASH, NO MONEY ORDERS, NOTHING! This guy is a CROOK AND A ROB TO BOOT! PLEASE STAY AWAY!
