My wife got a loan offer in the mail for "up to $ 10,000.00". I asked her what the interest rate was, she checked both sides of the letter and found nothing. I told her she must have missed it because any loan offer must include the interest rate. She took off a plastic card that was glued to the the letter and there it was, on the back of that card---the interest rate was 33% to 66%, the print was so small even with my .reading glasses that I ended up using a magnifying glass to be sure I had read it correctly, really not an exaggeration. How in the hell could this be a remotely honest, also they want access to your bank...the hook is no one would read the incredibly small print in the ad and give them a call, and let their "loan consultants" help you. I think this targets older retired people who can't see the fine print, the minimum wage or monthly income is supposed to be $ 650.00 with them charging 66% interest???? Have you no shame sir, no shame at all?

I received a "loan approval" letter from Net Credit after I bought my home. I was preapproved for $10,000.00 dollars. When I logged in on the site, I was asked to complete an application which I did. I was approved for $7,500.00 dollars on line. Within 30 minutes, someone called and wanted to complete the final steps with me on the phone. I received an email that wanted me to enter my bank login and password to give them access to my bank account. I was a little hesitant, but was assured it was fine. It did not work because my bank does not allow third party emails to log in. I was asked to do try it three times which never worked and locked my account. I was asked to contact my bank to see what the problem was with the login. My bank stated that it will never work because of security messures. I called Net Credit and they sent me another email and wanted me to try again. I objected, but they said I had to try or no loan. I tried again and still nothing. I was then asked to fax a copy of my bank statement which I did right away. I was called back and told that the bank account did not have the "majority" of my money in account. I had given then an account that I use to pay bills with a small balance. They said they need to have access to my main account with all my money. I said "no way" and cancelled the loan. I called my bank and check on the access and was told to NEVER give a thrid party your log on access. I knew better, but I was giving them a small account. Be well aware that they are going to ask to have your login name and password.

I called the number and talked to a representative and he began to explain the requirements for the loan. he then gave me over to another individual and he further solidified what the forst representative told me. Additionally, I was to go th Home Depot and get a voucher Loan verfication and load $500.00 on the card that is held by Meta Bank. He said it was just to verify that I was finacially responsible and could indeed make the monthly payments, and that I would never have to actually send them the $500.00 to them. They were given my bank information for processing the loan. I regret that now and hope they don't use it to pull funds out of my account. needless to say I went online to see what is being said about the company, and WOW they have a long list of disgruntled customers, complaining of rip offs. I did NOT go through with it after reading all the negative comments. I'm puzzled as to why haven't been shut down by the authorties? I would'n recommend them to do business with.
