I purchased the Never Cold Call online. It is a rip-off. I could not access the bonus materials and had to follow-up to get the extras promised. It was not an easy task to complete let me assure you. I tried and tried to get customer support but was fobbed off as per the Never Cold Call - Frank Rumbauskas support tickets below. I tried to contact Frank Rumbauskas via email, written letter, fax and via Linkedin. There was no response. The emai address on the Never Cold Call website fails.
As you will see from my log of the numerous attempts I made to contact Never Cold Call Customer Service and Frank Rumbauskas, I was never given an approriate answer, nor was my issue ever resolved. It was obvious to me very early that i had been ripped off.
The product is rubbish. You can find this same information in the public domain. The Book and Manual is the same thing, which is misleading on the website. The Quick Start aspect is a one page of tips in the Manual (rubbish)
In the end, not having received what was promised I dumped the manual and 2CDs on eBay and was lucky to get $20.00 including postage after the product cost me $120.00 plus a lot of time trying to get all the promised bonuses. I could not gain access to the Members area. The videos simply did not display. I tried on various platofrms and PCs, Macs etc to no avail.
In the end I got a manual (with pitiful layout and formatting), 2 CDs, plus a PDF copy of the manual. That will be all you get for your $120.00. Forget the bonuses. You will not get anything else. Judge for yourself the time I wasted trying to get what I paid for. This is not isolated. Check the web, there are complaints everywhere.

I note Frank Rumbauskas has provided some rebuttals on the RipOff Report site, but I challenge Frank to try and defend these service tickets which remain outstanding - they are from the Never Cold Call customer service logs. Pretty hard to defend against your own system logs.
