I purchased 7 Polo shirts for my daughter for the school year. My daughter had washed them and I went to hang them up to avoid any shrinking, however the tag on the shirts all stated PRESHRUNK.
So I put them in the dryer and when my daughter went to put one on the next day - it had shrunk at least 2-3 inches in the length. Upon going back to the store to ask for an exchange (cause they never give refunds) I was told that they would not exchange them because they had already been washed.
If the product says it is PRESHRUNK - then it should not shrink and there is no way to know it if is going to shrink unless you wash it.
Once they have your money they don't care about the customer or the qulaity of the products they sell.
