Lewis, Petition for Licensure Reinstatement
Dr. Rubin made a motion to go into Executive Session for Legal advice. Seconded by Dr. Walker.
After discussion and consideration by the Board, Mr. Micuda made a motion to deny the
reinstatement of the license based on the fact the applicant charged a fee for services not rendered,
considered unprofessional conduct under A.R.S. ยง 32-1501 (31), and taking into account the psychological
evaluation report submitted to the Board by Dr. Di Bacco, without treatment, the applicant may be unable
to safely engage in the practice of naturopathic medicine at this time. Seconded by Dr. Sadilek. Roll Call:
