I ordered a custom made ID for the refuge center as we are a SPCA.
They massed up the id, on my order it clearly says blond hair and blue eyes.
these idiots went and put on the id blue hair and blond eyes.
I called customer service the man was nice and said they would get it fixed, a week later he called back to say his manager, who is also the one who processed my order, refuses to fix said order.
I filled a complaint with my bank and got the money back on my visa how ever they fit it would cost more to go after the company for the money then it was worth so they took the small loss.
Also I filled complaints with the better business bureau, and they never responded to the complaints.
