Had a whole house changed over to the Nika Water System installed in 2014 (costing over $5,000!) and have yet to get good quality water ...it's now 2015!!
My ph is still 5.5, my pipes are being ruined one by one, on my 3rd hot water heater, etc. Have had numerous service calls but they just charge me more money and the system continues not to work! No refunds, terrible service, stuck with a system that doesn't work!
ps.After the first year of numerous service calls, they did finally realize the system was hooked up backwards but still doesn't work even after being hooked up correctly!
They did promise however that they would come back, so we will see if that happens.
