Children are killed, abused, neglected by thier parents or care takers. Unfortunately, they are not being protected or have a safe haven. The lifes of children are at the mercy of some judges who have no regard for their lives. Family Court Judge Nilda Moralez Horowitz, sits behind her bench and dictates what she wants, never taking into consideration the needs of children and their safety. She grants abusive parents custody with out questioning the abuse or the children. It is shameful to see what has happened to our judicial system. Horowitz should be removed from the bench and never be allowed to make decisions on childrens behalf. It is sad to think that she will be dictating what should happened to childrens lifes until 2020. Please remove her from her position and save the tax payers money.
