I bought a waist trainer from The No Waist Society. I used their chart that showed my weight and height therefore I ordered a Meduim. I wore the everyday waist trainer a week and a half ago...not only do I have scars on my stomach from the waist trainer I also have back pains. This waist trainer has ruined my life. I've had to go to the doctor because I thought I had a slipped disc; fortune my its just stretched and bruised muscles in my back. I am now on muscle relaxers. I don't know if anyone else has back problems from waist trainers but please be aware that this could happen to you. It's not worth it.
