Norris Auto Group Reviews

I saw a motorcycle listed with them, the price was good, so I called on it. The salesman was friendly and told me a little about it, but admitted he was not not overly familiar with motorcycles, and it was at another location (39th street). I asked if it was still for sale, he replied "yes, ask for jerrell when you get there."

I drove almost 45 minutes to the 39th street location. When I got there, I walked in to the building where I was greeted by several salesmen. I told them I was looking for Jerrell about a motorcycle listed on craigslist, specifically, a roadstar warrior. I was pointed to a black man who was assisting another couple outside, so I went outside and waited for him to finish. He did acknowledge me while talking with them, and invited me inside. At this point, everything was fine.

When he finished with the other couple, he asked how could he help. I told him about the bike on craigslist, he said "just a moment" and went down a hall. when he came back, he said the bike was "just there", but was "taken across the street for repairs" , apologized for the inconvenience, and said he would make it worth my while if I came back when it was out of service(no idea why it went there, just that it was there). Then, after a brief description, I realized it was a different motorcycle entirely. I asked again about the Warrior, he went into a different office, where it was overheard "it sold." (this bike was listed on craigslist and updated 7/25, I was in the dealership on 7/26).

Salesmen fogged out of the office, and I was standing in front of a tall, red-headed man (manager?) who said "Are you looking for the Warrior? I bought it."

Interesting that no one at the two dealerships but him knew about this and it was updated the day before. At best, poor communication between salesmen and dealerships, at worst, bait-and-switch or false advertising.
