They promised me after much delay and procrastination doing busy work, that all my money would be returned. They emptied my account and claimed the only way they could refund my money now would be to have my banking information. Yeah, right! I'm going to send my banking information to them overseas via email?? Does this tell you anything? You have been warned. Don't do it. Someone needs to stop this company. Tried calling their office in the U.S. and it appears to have been closed. Little wonder. Why are they still operatiing in the U.K.? First of all. One night the site pop up on my computer. Then I click in suddenly the ask me to enter my mastercard. So I give it a try and after that I enter the rest of my information. Then one broker Jeff Nelson call me the next day. He ask me do I want to get rich and make money. He email me all the information that the company required for security purposed. So I did give them all the information. The he automatically withdraw $18000.00 in one day. I thought I trust him all the money that I have been working hard and earn for the past few years. The NRG Binary give me $15000.00 bonus. I had never trade before, he say it a low risk. The he tell me trade, the first time we trade 2500 each trade and we trade 4 trade.
Then we win 2 we loss 2. Then the next day he tell me trade 5000 and he did not show me the exact time to trade. Then he tell me to trade. Then I trade. Suddenly we lost 15000 in a few minute. I was scare to trade again. He call me and blame on me. I tell you to trade and you trade the wrong time now we lost all and MY BONUS. I was scare. Now that I see that we have 18000 on my account. I dont like the way they blame on me like that. I was scared with all the money that i have giving them. I scared. Now that I dont know how to pay all the money that giving them back to the bank. Everynight I lost sleep. I was affraid. If my wife find out we might end up divore. Now I am still fell sleepless because I dont where to or how I could make money to pay back to the bank.
So I call and ask the NRG Binary to closed down my account. I still have more than 18000 in my account. One of the customer care from NRG Binary call me and ask me why I want to closed my account. I tell them I dont want to trade anymore it too risk. Suddenly he turn off the phone. And then Jeff Nelson called me and ask me why. He blame. He ask me I am find a way to recover this issue. I say no I was scared to deal with him again. Suddenly they closed my account immediately. Jeff Nelson say if I closed the account he will TAKE BACK HIS BONUS. I say whatever. I lock back into the NRG Binary my account was closed. I waited for one week to see if any penies came back to my account because this is there policies. I wait for one and there was nothing came back. I lose everything.
I opened an account and deposited 250$, I then had a phone call from a guy called Ali Omar from customer support who told me to add another 250$ an open the so called mini-account and I would get an additional bonus of 250$, so I did.
Another guy called Kamal Radwan called me from a diferent country and he emailed me an application to setup with new crdentials to login, which I did and gues what.......all my funds were withdrawn without my permission, the credentials were wrong and every time I try to login it says "Invali Account".
I used my earlier credentials to login into the NRGBinary website and it is there I found "0" balance in my account.
I sent emails with no reply.
these people are a fraud and dont know what to do. the first think I did was withdawing from my bank account all my money just in case they can have access through the debit card I used to deposit funds.
NRG binary is not paying back my money even if they claim to do that in 7 days, now a month later I am still waiting. Belive them to be a rip off scam company you should not trust with your money

In Aug.2013 I requested my first withdraw and have been waiting eversince they kept giving me the run around by
requesting documents that i have already sent them sometimes multiple times and they hardly respond to any
emails or phone calls and when they do its weeks on end before they do. There customer service is the worst i have ever seen. Its been almost a year and can only think

I signed up to their trading website and had call next day from one of their employee i agreed with him and gave my bank details for deposit of 200 pounds. Same guy called me next day saying my bank din't accept transaction so i need to call them and clear this trasaction but at that point i din't feel right so i told him i am not depositing my money and i dont want to trade. He called me next day and i told him same thing and kept calling me 10 more days and on 14th day i received an email from nrgbinary.com saying i have successfully deposited 200 pounds and i was really surprised. After 2 days i got call from Richard Gibson saying if i deposit 600 pounds i get 800 pounds bonus so i agreed. I traded for 2 days where i lost 150 pounds and i decided to stop withdraw my left 650 pounds and close my account but since then i have applied withdrawal requests 8 times but they keep cancelling it. I called them 3 times where i get told it will be sorted out but i doesn't. They have asked me to verify myself with photo ID, address proof and bank details which i have but still nothing. Now they are even using my trading account and i am getting email with message my trade was successful or not. In my account i have 2,544 pounds but only 650 pounds is mine. As today i tried to log in to that account but couldn't. They might have blocked my account so please i need help and they need to be punished. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks
