Pretty much the same deal as heard before. I ordered the free trial. Doesn't work. Wanted to cancel any future shipments. Since they send more than 14 day worth the rest has to be shipped back and the customer has to pay. I didn't ask them to ship me more than the free trial. Also spent 25 minutes on phone just trying to get ahold of them.
I ordered this product as a FREE TRIAL. In 14 days they charged my account 160! No where did they state this would occur. I contacted the company who stated they could do nothing but cancel my "subscription" so I would not receive anything else from them. They are scam artist making money by advertising a free trial then charging you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
I saw a ad for a free bottle of this companies weightloss product. Thought I would try it so I ordered the free bottle of Garcinia Slim and a bottle of the Pure Detox Max. there was seperate shipping charge of 6.95 for each then i got my bank statment and I was charged 59.62 for the bottle of Garcinia and was charged 49.27 for the detox. Plus the 6.95 for each bottle I contacted the company and was hung up on Now my account has been over drafted and it has cost me an additional 40.00. I would like to know what I can do to get my money back.
DO NOT ORDER FREE TRIAL!!!! They do not make it clear that the term of the trial is 14 days, it is written in very light gray ink far below the order box. You receive your order and the next thing you know, you can not reach them long hold times, disconnects and then you are told they charged you 79.50. Once they offer you a small discount, they take it back(punitive) if you do not agree right away. IT IS A SCAM!!! False claims, false advertising. STAY AWAY!
