RIP OFF!

Similar to the above. I ordered a £4.95 product and £175.86 and been taken out of my account without my authorisation. I have cancelled my debit card and informed Trading Standards. I have contacted them via phone and e-mail to no avail. Total sham.!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPAMY.!

BE WARNED!!!!!!

I purchased a free trial ($5 shipping and handling). I got the wrong product as an introductory price, then, before the 30-day no questions asked refund, they charged me another $90!!! They've done this twice already, but every time I try to call, I get the standard "Your call is very important to us, but all agents are with other customers," while I waited patiently for over an hour before hanging up. I want my money back and I won't be ordering ANYTHING on the web any more just because of this one company. BE WARNED.

I finally managed to get my money back

Obviously this company has very dubious trading ethics. I would avoid them at all costs. However to assist those who have been caught out, like me!, I finally managed to get my money back. I reported them for fraud to my bank, then e-mailed them my complaint. I returned all unwanted packages received retaining proof of postage, following nutralogistic returns policy closely. Finally I got my money back. There is no point trying to contact them by phone as they never answer.

I hope this helps as many people as possible.

Are you still getting charged?

I've done the same thing and when I call I get the same answer or they "can't hear me".

fraud

I saw an offer for 4.95 and the company took 89.95 from my account. I am disgusted by this.....surely this is illegal practice

2 separate payments have been taken out of my account to the sum of £175.26 without my authorisation or knowledge for a free trial product worth £4.95. I have contacted the company via e-mail and phone to no avail. I have also had to instruct my bank to cancel my debit card and informed Trading Standards.

Scam

I've had the same. I ordered on the 19/11/2014 for the free trial and didn't receive mine til beginning of December. Didn't know anything about the 14days. They've taken £89.95 out of my account without my authorisation. How do we get it back. I've emailed them.

I ordered Pure cleanse trial offer, which was originally purchased on 05/02/2014. It had been past the time frame I was supposed received my order so I called and spoke with a representative who stated the orders are behind and that he would push my trail date up becuase I hadn't received my order yet. Another week had past and I still hadn't received my order. I called back and spoke with Penny (id number 4020) who advised me that my order was on the way and she would push my cancelltion date to June 6th and if I didnt cancel by then, then I would be charged. About two days later I received my order. I called back on June 3rd to confirm what my cancellation date was representaive confirm it was June 6th. I called June 5th about 530pm and I was unable to get through the line kept dropping. Friday June 6th I checked my account and 92.00 was taken out my account. I immediately contacted the company and I still was unable to get through so I sent a email explaining what happened and to have someone contact asap. Someone emailed me back asking how could they assist me. I again explained what the issue is and she stated they were having phone issues and that she would cancel my order so I wouldnt' be charged again I sent a reply back asking when will my account be refunded. I still had not heard anything back from the compony. I attampted to call back but still was unable to get through.

I've had a similar problem to you and can't even find their e mail address or telephone number although I have their address, can you help??
