This company will steal money from your bank account after you subscribed to their free trial offer. Once you subscribe, cansle your bank number, and get a new one, or you're going to continue getting money taken from you.
I fell into the free sample no obligation to continue trap too. I was contacted by the fraud department at my bank when the original postage and packaging payment went out. I told them I authorised one and only one payment I was not entering into an agreement with the company. Original debit to maultra lifecs.com. Two months later £89.90 taken from my account - under the name NUTRAFIT.COM so fraud department were not immediately aware- and nothing through the post that might have alerted me to the fact, the product was abysmal anti wrinkle serum which burnt on my skin and was binned immediately. THIS LOT ARE DISHHONEST SCAMMERS. Tried ringing the company after three attempts on three different phones - customer services couldn't hear me apparently= I tried chat and was given the customer service number which I told them didn't work they said oh give it twenty mins and try again. Why don't you have a 75% discount and pay just 19.99. FOR A PRODUCT I DONT LIKE AND THEY HAVENT SENT!!!!
Tried the trial, got a thirty day supply, less then 14 days later I'm billed for 164.00! Called them, waited 27 minutes on hold. Was told I agreed to the terms when I ordered. (Read the fine print) I told them I assumed there was a thirty day trial like every other product. She said it was a legally binding agreement. I stated 164.00 for two suppements was obscene. Only when I stated I was contacting my State Attorney Office did she offer a 50% refund and remove me from their "VIP" list. And to top it off, the supplements don't work, I started a 1000 daily calorie diet and excercise 30 daily, and lost 1 lb. I would have lost that without their ripoff product!!! Seriouisly, This company is a major rip off, crappy products and set up to scam people out of 160.00. I don't know how scumbags like that can stand themselves.

I received the complimentary 2 packages of vitamins that I had ordered. Rip-off #1 When I ordered the free vitamins it was for a 14-day order. What Nutra-fit sent was a 30-day order. Why is this so important to this write-up. I'll explain later.
I began taking the vitamins believing that what they promoted of losing mass weight loss in the very first week. Well, what a bunch of lies this was. I didn't change my eating habits from prior to purchasing this product, and I actually GAINED 2lbs in the first week. I continued to take the vitamins for an additional week and didn't lose any weight at all.
After 10 days of taking this product I happened to look into my bank account and noticed about $150 in charged from Nutri-fit. When I called their customer service line at first they refused to refund my money. When I pushed harder they offered me 50% of my refund. When I continued to push they offered me full refund in 7 days. Well 7 days are up and I still have not been credited my money back.
Now going back to why I emphasized in my initial paragraph a 30-day order. I have a feeling that if I do ever see my money again it will only be a portion of it. My guess is that Nutrifit will charge me for the additional 16 vitamins that I didn't ask for. I'll probably receive 1/2 my refund, and I bet dimes to dollars it will be because of the 16 vitamins they sent, that I didn't ask for.
