Do not buy from this company. They are not only deceptive, but also outright lie in their marketing claims.

This company had a special offer of a one month "free trial" of their dietary supplements "Garcinia Cambogia" along with their "Skinny Mango cleanse" -- just pay shipping.

I ordered the free trial on November 17. I received the products on November 27th (Thanksgiving day). On Monday, December 1st (just 4 days after I received the products) I received an email that my account was going to be charged for the products. I immediately tried to contact the company by phone (no other options to contact them). I called three times and tried to use their "dial 1 to have them call you back" option. I was not able to get through. On December 3rd my account was charged 86.94 and then on December 4th another 77.84. Then two weeks later, on December 22nd I get another 77.84 charge from them.

I called the company again on December 22 and was finally able to get to an account representative. I was able to cancel my account, but not the product that was already shipped. I told them that I had called on the 1st but they said they had no record so would not accept that as a cancellation.

How can they charge you for a one month free trial when you haven’t even had the product for 4 days!

I feel like I was ripped off by the Nutrishift company which advertised Garcina Cambogia when they advertised a free 14 day trial and just pay shippping. I was expecting a small bottle with enough in it to see if I could lose weight. Nothing happened and I received a full-sized bottle in the mail for which I was charged $75.68. I didn't look on my online statement to see that I had been charged that because the charge came at the end of the month and I had expected to receive a $5 something charge. I received another bottle and set it aside to send back. Again I received another bottle and looked at my online statesment and relized that they had charged that amount for each bottle. I coudn't find the information in my statement to call the company so I procrastinated and, today I received another bottle but this time there was a number at the bottom of the package so I called it and said I wanted to send back the 3 unopened bottles and get a refund. The customer service guy said he would only refund the latest bottle. That seems like bad business to me. The bottles clearly are new, still in the original packaging and I didn't intend to receive an autoship program. Now, I have to send the bottle back with a return receipt, call them again and hope they refund my money.

I am used to dealing with companies that have a 60 day money back guarantee and even though they covered themselves legally in the fine print, I just want people to be aware that the company policies aren't customer friendly even though their customer service rep was. Most things that say free trial are planning on charging your account before you actually have 2 weeks to try it and decide.

I can't believe I didn't check this company out before going through with it. They are total rip offs. They deceive you then start charging your account after only 14 days. I was charged 3 times for their product & only received one order, probably because I called & cancelled my order. But was charged on my account for 3 bottles. They are also in cohoots with a company called skinnycamp who also just start charging your account every month even after I cancelled my order. What a total scam. I am not happy at all. Do not order through this company they will steal from you!!!
