I ate lunch there in Olive Garden Shreveport on July 5th 2014 at 1:30pm and found hair in my pasta. When the manager came to apologize, instead of just apologizing, she said "Nobody in the kitchen had hair that long" (and my hair was long). She should have apologized and move on but telling a customer discreetly that it is her fault was very unprofessional and rude. I felt violated and upset. Next time if she was goin to apologize, she should have just admitted the failt and not mention things that would offend anybody.
Family friends went into this place and were offered a free wine with the meal,and thru the night of dinner the glasses were refilled.when the bill came they were charged for $36 for a bottle of wine.
