On March 3, 2014 and March 13, 2014, I sent letters to Omnisure Group advising them that I had sold the car they had insured and wished to cancel this insurance and receive a refund. I included my account number and sent them a copy of one of their billings to prove that I in fact was a client of theirs.

They have never acknowledged my requests. When I went onto Google, I found the ""Rip Off Report"" and a lot of other clients of Omnisure who are not happy. It is a fact that this Omnisure Group is loathe to refund monies to cllients for a number of reasons that don't make much sense, or they just ignore requests for refunds. In the pamphlet they send to clients, on page 16, it states that ""you may cancel your contract any time"". A Big Lie.

Was contacted by National Warranty Services, (they sell for OMNISURE Group LLC) which is where the contract comes from but it also has another name U.S. Direct 2183 Fairview Rd, Suite 217C Costa Mesa, CA 92627, which also has another name Administered by Interstate National Dealer Services of Florida, Inc. 6120 Powers Ferry Road NW, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30339 800-942-0400 winds.com FLORIDA LICENSE NO. 60688 ANY CLAIMS YOU also call) Reginald Long 1-888-334-4697 and was told my warranty on my Town and Country Touring L had expired, this was back on 8/11/14 and it came in the mail also with an official paper which looked like it came from Chrysler stated the warranty had expired. I panicked and of course needed an extended warranty. He claimed was giving me a Senior Discount, Low Mileage discount etc. (Been told by dealership that by law they cannot discount an extended warranty on vehicle) I took the contract had to give a downpayment that day $325.00 and monthly payment taken out of my credit card. I realized a few days ago it had not expired and it was a scam. I called the company and they told me that I would need to speak to a Supervisor, Corey Oconnor 1-888-334-4697 x 236 and of course I repeated that this was a scam and wanted to cancel this I was paying for something I would not use at this time, and not until Feb/2014 he said because of the waiting period they are selling it "peace of mind" so I would not be without because you had to wait 1 month - 1000 miles or 3 months 300 miles or so and of course I would fall under this category. Any problem to call him but would not hear about cancelling this. I was at the dealership today and he told me this was a scam and the claims would not be paid and they would not use them for repairs. To cancel my credit card payments and to call them and they tell I wanted my money back and tell them I would report them to the Insurance Commisioner - in the contract somewhere it states that they are not subject to the Florida Law, unbelievable. It also states further that you need to cancel in writing however by reading someone else who went thru all of this (wish I had seen this before) that they did all they were told to do and every time were told to contact a different company and finally after waiting I think it was more than a year they received a letter stating the refund was denied.

My credit card company said they would contact them tomorrow and dispute this also a block was put on future charges however she states that sometimes they process the payment under a different name if that occur to contact them. Contract also states that stop payment would also end the contract. Jeany Orlando FL.

This company called me about my 2012 Camaro and had all of the information on my vehicle as well making me think it was from the dealership I bought the car from. They talked about the importance of extended warranties and how my warranty had run out. They offered me a plan and when I thought it was too high they skimmed down the price and broke up my payments. They took my credit card information over the phone and took out the first pauyment immediately. After doing a little homework I found out that they were not from the dealership and I decided I wanted to cancel. When I called about canceling the policy I was given different numbers and when I would get through I would be put on hold and eventually the call would drop. Once I did get a representative I was told that they could not cancel over the phone I would have to send a letter in writing with my signature. I argued that they took my information over the phone and took out my first payment so why did I have to go through all of this to cancel. They informed me that the policy was in the handbook they sent me however, I never received a handbook. Also, with the letter they wanted it certified with a letter stating the odometer reading. I thought this was ridiculous and I argued about it. I called again and another representative said all was needed was a letter with my signature. They will not take a fax of email, it must be a letter.

Please do not fall victim to this company, I believe they get many cancellations but they already receive payments prior t the cancelation so they are still making money. As a soldier in the US Army I am sick and tired of all the scams out there.

I purchased a Premier Extended Warrenty for my VW Phaeton in Jan 2014, have payed 8 months into this policy. I have had my vehicle in the shop for repairs that should have been covered in my Warrenty that they have declined to pay the claims and I have been forced to pay out of pocket 2,600. in repairs that should have been covered. They are very difficult to get in contact with, they either donot answer the phone, or if your lucky to get a live person and request to speak with a particular person, they are always either on Break or on Vacation and never return phone calls. 3 weeks ago my car was in the shop and the adjuster came out and approved the claim to be paid but when it was time for them to cut the check to the garage they have now terminated my policy. Dont be fooled ....save yourself a headache and aggravasion and Do Not Purchase from this Company Scam !!

This company is awful. They called my family over 4mos. I ask to be removed from their list they would hang up. They called so many times they knew my voice they would hang up immediately. I also told them we didnt want or need their services. They finally reached my grandmother. She gave them her info. Her bank has blocked her credit card. They knew this company was a scam.

I will report this company to bbb. They are predator's. One guy in particular had an indian accent was the worst he would call all hours... Do not trust this company get your auto insurance for any company than this one.
