I have been using this bank for many years even before it became One West Bank. On several occasions the bank cut off my debit card access for no reason, no notification and leaves me without use of my debit/credit. I have several bills that I pay with this debit card and they have called me to let me know they have received no payment from me and that I will be getting a late fee charge of $39.00. This has happened more than once without any notification and then about a week later I get a letter telling me they thought that there was suspicious activity on my account. Why didn't they just call me. There were no suspicious activity, I made some purchases online.
