This is a definate scam, and since i questioned them about this, i have not heard from them. They will not reply to my emails. The therapist, "maggie swwet", was an obvious fake, but i do believe she is pretending to be a real person of this name. Her punctuation, grammer etc, and comments were totally unprofessional. For example, "take the steps serious rather than criticize or complain." emails were obviously a mixture of text copied and pasted, and random comments. If you google them there is no independant information, so i hope this helps someone. Don't pay them. You are not dealing with a bonfide company.
