I order a trial of optimal Garcina off of facebook, the trial was 4.95 which I was charged on May 15 2014. I also ordered a bottle of the prime colon cleanse for the same 4.95. why pay top dollar when you can get you your trial for 4.95.
My statement came from my bank 6/21/2014 and on the statement was 2 charges 1 for the garcinia for 79.95 and another was for 77.86 for the colon cleanse. I have never recieved anything other than the trial bottle and never knew or authorized that I knew of the other charges.
I called the company and they said too bad past a 14 day time I had to cancel?? Cancel what I asked, they said my membership ?? I said for what... they said the 1 bottle of garcinia I had recieved,,, his name was Michael.. I asked to talk to a supervisor he said he could not do that ,,, but h would cancel my membership.
I do not know how to get my money back... but I will... this is so fraud.
