SUPER CHECKED OUT. SUPER WEIRD APPROACH TO CLIENT CASES. SUPER AT GETTING POOR RESULTS. SUPER AT NTO CARING ABOUT CLIENTS. SUPER LAZY. SUPER INTO HIS TESLA. SUPER INTO LOOKING GOOD. Has been sued by clients for over-billing, errors, no follow-through.
Likes the money, doesn't like the work. Misses phone calls, doesn't return client calls, asks his staff not to document client notes in case he gets sued. A real loser with a lousy reputation in town.
Pity anyone that hires him, you will be sorry. Extremely arrogant and plays God.
Poor results if he actually does anything. Not a trial attorney and can't do anything complicated.
Takes advantage of the vulnerable and drains people's money. No smart lawyering, sloppy paralegal, rude, cras, unprofessional, passive-aggressive and incompetent support attorney's who have no power. Plays games with client's and run's their own money agenda.
Over-worked and underpaid staff are bitter and float from client to client without much thought or care for the quality of the work and absolutely awful follow up on any details if there is any follow up at all. Resentful if asked to do something or be reminded. However, if you don't they never follow-through.
Enjoys his vacations and not letting clients know and not preparing for client hearings.
Not aggressive and no "balls". Inaccurate advice or no advice at all. Robert Burch is more interested in having all positive AVVO ratings, his Tesla, vacationing, delaying cases to rack up the hours and making presentations around town to stroke his ego rather then making a real positive difference in client's lives. Many unhappy clients.
Looks out for his own agenda verses the clients and that agenda is money. Will unethically approach things to serve his own agenda and ignore clients needs and take no action leaving clients disempowered, voiceless and penniless.
Very twisted approach to client service that on the surface makes you think he advocates for you but the reality is the opposite...its about him, him, him and he will play passive-aggressive games to satisfy his ego and personal inner fears.

Working for the other side? Sure Seems Like It.
Attorney Robert Burch will take five figures from you and then take away certain victory and give the other side everything. All your rights under the law get wiped out and you don't even get your day in court. He doesn't do the hard work to go to prepare and go to court.
He will agree to all the crimes of the other side and tell you if do anything to protect your family they will sanction you.
He rolls over because he is not prepared and he becomes submissive to the other side. It's all about getting the easy money and when he has to work for it he rejects it and gives lame excuses and does not fight.
You could go to him with a win in your pocket and he will see to it that the other side gets to throw you into the street with nothing while they walk away with millions. Bends with the men whether he is conscious of it or not.
I pray for the other victims of the firm.
How could this guy not be on the take from the other side?
