Without thinking twice I immediatly did as I was asked because I did recently apply (monster.com) for a job that matches the description "Lauren" emailed me about. Once the "questionnaire" opened up, it asked how old was I, how far I've going in schooling, etc. The questionnaire was mostly about my educational goals then at the end two "random" school matched my goals. University of Phoenix and Argosy University. Once I completed the questionnaire instantly I received a phone call from the University of Phoenix. I was shocked, mainly because of how elaborate the scam is. We have to deal with fraud scams, now marketing scams that consummate off the searching unemployed.
I received the following email, and upon checking your web site, I found several other people who also received the same identical email. This is what it says:
"I left you a voice message regarding your job offer status. We've been reaching out to offer you the Office Assistant position in our HR Dept. for the last few weeks...but you remain unresponsive. New hire orientation begins on July 31, 2014 and I want to hire you before then. Unfortunately, I still don't have your educational questionnaire on file and as stated before I can't offer you this full-time position without it. Once I receive your completed questionnaire confirmation, I will give you another call. If you complete everything today, your start date can be on July 31st. If we don't receive your questionnaire confirmation within 48-hours, I will be forced to move on to the next qualified applicant.

When I responded to the email letting her know that I never received an voice mails, I received an error email back saying it was undeliverable. So that is what made me research the company. When I looked on the website it looks legit, but when you go to contact us there are only addresses with no phone numbers. When I clicked on the link above for taking the questionnaire, it says "Answer 7 Quick Questions And Our RepresentativeWill Help You Accomplish Your EDUCATIONAL GOALS!"
It is sad that people would try to take advantage of people trying to better themselves.
I received this same email a mth ago and did what I was told and never heard from Lauren or Candice nor did they return my emails. I just received the email again today 09/13 on a Saturday. This is really crazy and never would have thought it was a scam till now.
mine was with Osage(aka oakhill) offering a job but sending you to a site about schools like phoenix Jordan house was her name but I'd bet it was put out by the same group

I recieved a email about filling out a questinaire. And , after checking out the info. I realized that I was not the only one who recieved a fake email. From Lauren Jordan Orange Municipal, dont fill anything out its a scam.
Scam. They sent an email to my girlfriend and, basically, it's just a scam to make money off of marketing by directing colleges to you, after asking general education questions. Ended up with a several colleges calling repeatedly right after filling out the job's questionnaire. Save yourselves the hassle.
I received this email on 01/07/2015 immediately after replying to Lauren Smalls about getting hired for admin. office.
It said:
Let me be honest, I'm prepared to offer you our Office Assistant position because Lauren Smalls at the WeHireCenter spoke so highy of you... she is my sorority sister (wink). However, our senior level admin role is usually reserved for someone with a advanced degree. The good new is, I will still make you a serious offer and bring you in to finailize everything with our hiring team. You will hold a very important position within our organization and be hadling sensitive company information out of our financial center. I received the same email from Lauren Anderson claiming that she left me a voicemail, which she did not, and my new hire orientation is on 7/17/14 but that I need to fill out their education questionnaire, which I would not. Ms Anderson is now the HR Director of Orange Municipal. After receiving the email which is shown below, I went online to find out about Orange Municipal and found so many others who have received similar emails. These 2 gals must not be very intelligent. First, office assistants don't require advance degrees and second, how can you give a job to someone you have had absolutely no personal contact. Everyone, please beware.

Got the same email this morning from this gal, Lauren Jordan. I never click on links in emails, so I went to the website, and then googled the company and found many more people getting the email and saying it was a scam. I never applied for a job with them, they have never tried to contact me about a job either.
I received this in an email. This is a scam. I didn't check it out first and went online a did the questionaire which was signing up for college to Northcentral University or Walden. Which I dont know if they have someone at the college helping them. But the address is a fake. It is a Rivers Resturant at that location. I dont even know yet whether there is a license or not, But I dont think so at this time.
