I bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue along with a gap insurance policy from Empire Nissan in Fontana. The company is called Owner Guard gap insurance but it should be called Owner Guard Crap insurance. One month after I bought the car , someone hit us from behind and totalled out my new car . I immediately contacted the dealership who sold me the policy and they intern called the gap insurance (I will be referring to them as "crap insurance" ) . The dealership said no problem we will take care of it . That was August 27th of 2014 we are now in May 2015, nine months later , Owner Guard crap insurance comes up with excuse after excuse. "we need more paper work " blah blah blah ! They do not pay out they lie ,lie lie and deny ,deny , deny ! Because of owner guard crap insurance our credit is in the toilet we couldn't get a hamburger on credit , now ! Before owner guard destroyed our credit , We had a score of 750 . We have spoken to several people from this Bogus company. They are the biggest bunch of blood sucking thieves and liars , I have ever run across . How DARE they take advantage of senior citizens at such and crucial moments in our life we were injured and in pain and barely able to hold ourselves up at the time . Well ! now that I am better I can raise hell. I'M BACK ! !! I may be a senior citizen but I do not lay down and let someone walk all over me. By the time I get done with Owner Guard crap insurance, they will be in the toilet where they belong ! flush ! Flush and Back to the smelly hellhole they came from.
