Seems Im not the only one that has been screwed by this " Haji squat" acting as a lawyer. He intially seems caring and concerned and cheap but what do you get when you get a cut rate price? This guy should now be investigated by the California state authorities because he is suspected as being a phony pretend lawyer according to my new lawyer. It seems that his practice of law has just been that "PRACTICE" this guy will file anything and obviously knows nothing
Shirdele lied on several court documents intentionally in my case as a plaintiff misleading the courts as an officer of the courts. These guys are supposed to at least tell the truth and apparently this guy does not know how to do that,,,he is getting caught up in this and now its time to look deeper into his personal file as no one can be this stupid...........especially one that is supposed to be an officer of the courts...according to my new guy
Beware of this guy check your local refernces first before hiring a lawyer. Most of the guys in Orange County Im told are straight up lawyers..My new attorney told me to write a complaint to the state but its likely they wont do anything he says, Its like the cops being investigated by the cops. This is a buyer beware kind of thing BE CAREFUL DONT HIRE This DUDE HE's A FAKE and practices with your money altering the real court results for his clients and then lies to you about the case results. Hes a legend in his own mind.....
Yep got taken by this Haji and his brother Babak. The parents were evicted in LA did not want to pay their rent no surprise huh. The boys tried to defend then filed a ton of crap in LA. This guy is a maniac. He knows nothing about law and now there is a question if he had someone else take the bar exam for him so he could become a lawyer, where is a cop when you need one for scum like this guy giving the rest of our lawyers a bad name.

Stay away from this freak-a-zoid.This guy f_____ed my case all up by filing nonsense and lies. He could not handle the case for me, so rather than take the public humiliation he resigned . He CUT AND RUNNOFT
Shidel shows he is a partner in his law group (Pacific Premiere Law Group, AKA the law office of Aresh Shirdel) but a further search shows Shirdel is the only player there who rents a small space in the 200 building of Sandpoint in Santa Ana on the 5thn floor. Accordingly his rent payments are not the very best either, along with his overall integrity (ie lying in court on a continual basis) Looks like they had enough of him and so have I. tIS GUYS LIES ARE UNBELIEVABLE...HES SICK
Yea I know I have had questionable ties with some pretty shady chacters in the past but this guy Shidel made it all the much worse so I fired this a______ because of his inability to represent me properly and he cant admit he was over his head.

Seems like his entire office is a ruse, he has one kid putting togeather legal paper named Eric who is all of 17 and himself and thats the extent of his law office nothing but a sham.He trust a kid to file legal papers without looking at them this guy is a frekin danger to the public .

Everyone of his clients have done something worng and he tries to cover it up. After he loses he then writes a waterdowned version of his case on his web site. Milton Ault, found guilty of investor fraud 5 Milliuon Dollars, R. Ferante a former prison inmate now dodging creditors and shirdel is helping them so if you want an attorney that will work for peanuts initally then f_______ you royally dont use this guy, he really doesnt know anything about what he is doing anyway according to other lawyers I talked to in Orange County they actually despise the way he handles himself and one lawyer said Quote thius guy had someone else take the bar exam for him enquote stay clear of this a*****e.
