Applied on line to try a free bottle of 1-GC7XDP-T Pay for shipping $4.95

Recieved 1 bottle of 1GC7XDP-T with paid $4.95 owing nothing. 01/16/2015

03/03/2015 recieved a call from my Credit Union on these $39.95 charges from PANACEA SCIENTIFIC

I replied no there should be no charges, so they closed the account. After recieving my monthly statement

I find TWO charges, 02/04/2015, & 02/10/2015 which 3/3 2015 would of been three. I had not recieved any

product either.

I went to the Credit Union and they called the company, and then I talked to them, they said I signed up for

a 25 day bottle of the product. I said no I did not, I am not going to pay for a product I have not recieved.

Well their reply was you signed a contract and you have just a few days to return the product, But I

said I did not recieve the product. Nothing was settled. I went to the Post Office with a tracking number that

Bill had given to me. It was a non exsisting number. There was nothing. I was given a number to the U S Postal

Inspection Service. I called them for Fraud Issues. The traacking number was to Toledo, Ohio. I am Michigan....

So I called Panacea Sceintific again, talking to an Eric, he gave me another tracting number. I took this to

the Post Office, they found a package that had been put in their system but could not find it. I was told by

Panacea Scientific that it had been picked up at 9:18 a.m. on Feb. 17. I said NO I was at work at 8:00 a.m.

Well you are resposible for these charges. I again explained I am not paying for something I did not recieve.

So I am out $79.90, and would of been another charge of $39.95, if not for the Credit Union calling me and closing

the account.

I was surfing the web when an unscolicited pop up ad appeared. The product was allegedly a supplement that could naturally lower your blood sugar. My understanding from the ad was that I would pay 4.95 and receive one bottle of the supplement. I would also be entered into a monthly automatic shipping and automatic debit of my bank card every 25 days, but if I cancelled with the company within 30 days I would not be involved in the automatic shipping or further product. I received my bottle of GC7X (the actual product is called Emulin) and was surprised to see another charge of 39.95 on my bank statement a few days later. I called the website but was told "I'm just an answering agent but I can take your name and number" but no one called back. I was given a fraudulent number to call who told me they were a Weight Loss company that was unrelated. Then I called the number inside my package in South Portland, Maine. Apparently they work for Panacea Scientific and pack and ship product. They told me I was cancelled but have still not sent a simple email so I can have it in writing. I was told "you only paid a portion" and that I could return the product but had to do so within a few days, which I could not do because I was sick. Also I would need to pay for the return shipping and for a restocking fee.

I know there are laws about refusing product when it's not what was advertised, and certainly you would have more than a few days. The company website states it accepts returns "at its discretion" which shows no respect for the laws that govern these transactions.

I notified my bank (TD Bank) who tole me contradictory statements. I was told they were mailing me a Merchant Dispute form, which I have not received yet, and various other statements. I am actually still not clear as to how much money was actually debited from my account because inititally the bank had it on a "hold" and wanted me to get the company to rescind it, which the company had no intention of doing.

I want something in writing from the comjpany, showing I cancelled and I want my bank to issue me a new debit card because I have no gurantee that this company is ethical. I don't want them to keep charging me for product automatically and I don't want them to have any bank information of mine. I want something in writing to protect me from any future problems.

At worst, this is a dangerous scam and at best, the advertising is misleading. Something is not right with this company. Avoid doing business iwth Panacea Scientific and avoid using TD Bank as they lie to you. Get a different bank that will actually help you. TD Bank thinks they are the most convenient bank around but they need to learn to care about their customers.
