I stated using Papa jim products in the 90 when he was alive worked great but never had the money to buy much at the time but used his products with results. Then all of a sudden the products stoped working but I believed and continued to order in the amounts of hundreds not knowing that Papa Jim passed away and these cheeps using his good name now run this company and are making a killing on products which he no longer is here to bless them. I ordered an E-Lexus candle which was but no longer the most powerful candle and was when he owned the store $25.00. now there 3 one at $29.97 another at $44.97 and another for $59.97 plus they will add a handling fee on this one white candle in there warehouse no longer done by Papa Jim. the price was set at $25.00 because it was prepared bu Papa Jim not a warehouse candle. It came melted due the heat in Las Vegas over 100 degrees in summer would not stay lilt it was insued called the nest day. girl made excuses customer service is closed and called next day manger not in owner on vacation after 4 days was refused refund of $31.97 plus another charge of $11.90 after spending thousands in 25 years.
Papa Jim is dead they are liers, he got sick and they ripped him off for his company and there powers and oils do not work and the mexican girls that work there only fight with you over the phone and were to cheap to resolve this over priced candle when it was insured with the post office. There are better places online now to go much cheaper and they will hit your credit card with outragerous shipping cost that they will not tell you at the time of order plus handling fees on each item. a handling fee to take it from there warehouse. There products are fake fllorr waxes and oils that burn your skin and have poisions in them. There 4100 kit is a scam nothing works most things you can get at a supermaket and better oils online with out poisions. None of the fixed candles work anymore are warehouse products no l;onger blessed by Papa Jim he is gone and the girls running the company sound like woman who do spells to ruin relationships and force men to be with them, sad but true. Over priced white candle melted with a piece of paper on it all wriiten wrong, so I paid total $31.97 and $11.90 for a dollar white candle in glass with some dressing on it from a warehouse not blessed by Papa Jim and this formula they claim is fake. It was a blessed candle in the past by Papa Jim. They refused to file a claim with the post office when it was insued refused a refund and said they did not care how long I was a customer and just lied and lied in my face over the phone. I do not believe Papa Jim left them his company, it a lie how they got it was with evil black magic and that not what Papa Jim was about. just remember papa Jim is dead.
