Andrew Tea

Hi I only dealt with this so called"Andrew Tea" by phone, for some info on a US Waiver All I can say is that, he is one of the most arrogant, fools I have ever dealt with. Very rude over the phone, closes the line while you are talking, and never bothers to call you back to apologize. I never gave him any money Thank God for that. Is there any way this guy can be reported to authorities? Is there a superior you can refer to? or is he just a scam. Did you investigate further?

I hired Pardons Canada to represent me in filling for a Pardon from Canadian Government in Oct 2013 giving them a deposit of $300 on a visa gift card I received an informatiom package directing me to get my finger prints and send them to Pardons Canada I recieved finger print identafacation package back from RCMP ident services (not Pardon Canada). I called the Pardons Canada office in Febuarary and was not able to speak to a rep and left a voice message asking for a call back to answer some questions I had about my file to no avail i called and left 2 more messages to no availe. In March 2014 I started emailing Pardons Canada complaining that they are not answering my calls or emailes. O n April 13 2014 I was completly dismaid and upset with the Pardons Canada with there refusal to answer my complaint and sent another email explaining my position and concerns requesting a refund of my deposit since Pardons Canada at this time since i made deposit in good faith and no services have been given. On April 14 I recieved a call from Pardons canada restricted number from a rep that would not identifie him self tell im me I am mistake and I am not a client of Pardons Canada. I told the agent he was mistaken and was a client in fact i made the visa reciepts in hand the agent quickly hung up on me. Latter that day i recieved an email from Pardons Canada telling me they are loking in to my complain and require 4 to 5 days to analyze complaint. On Monday April 21 2013 I recieved a call from a female Amie) identifieing her self as a representative of Pardons Canada I asked her if she was responding to my complaint and she told me she knows nothing about this and that this issue must be taken up Program Manager and quickly hung up on me. I imeditally emailed Pardons Canada again over my complaints and concerns. I was imeditally called back by another agent identifing him self as Andrew, Andrew imediatly said that I am not elegable for a refund because a file was opened in my name and their employees needed to be paid to. I replide to Andrew that Pardon Canada has not actually done anything for me since I filed for my RCMP identifcation package and i am in possesion of these documents not Pardons Canada therefore no service had actually been given for this Deposit and a $300 fee to put my name on a cmputer file name is extreame. Andrew Tea of Pardons Canada imeditally hung up the phone on me and refused my call back so emailed Andrew telling him again that Pardons Canada has offered no service worth $300 and I would like my deposit back.

Ps i do believe that people and business should be paid for services renderd but $300 to place your name on a file and send out a free information package this a extream.

By the way they also make it completely clear that nothing can be done with the file untill they recieve the identifacation package and finger prints from the RCMP
