I placed an order from parts4repair on Dec. 12, 2014, and received confirmation on payment and order number from them on the same day. After waiting for one month, I didn't receive my order, nor shipping information. I emailed them on Jan. 12 , 2015, got reply of their business hours in China, no shipping information. I followed up with another emil asking for shipping information, got the same reply of their business hours in China. I sent another email on Jan. 14, 2015 demanding for shipping information, got reply back claiming no payment was made on my order. I sent them the proof of credit card payment, and their confirmation mail that payment was made on Dec. 12, 2014. They sent email back states that order was cancelled, and refund was made to my credit account without any explanation, nor apology.
This site is using the oldest trick in the trade to GET YOUR MONEY AND NOT TO SHIP YOUR ORDER. When you make the claim, they just cancel your order and give you refund. They GET TO USE YOUR MONEY FOR ONE MONTH. If you don't file for the claim, they will just keep your money.
