Ordered a part said would take 3-5 days. Gave them $200 and then they give me a tracking number that says I will receive the item in two weeks. Filled out two customer support tickets and they sent two of the same unrepliable email about how to return an item.

I go to fill out another customer support ticket and it says I have reached the max. I needed the part for a mandatory inspection in NC. I would have spent an additional $50 if I knew they would lie about shipping times.

I am now out of work for a week because your car gets towed if inspection is not up to date and a police officer sees you. Thanks PartsGeek for lying and not responding to my simple question as to why you told me 3-5 days and in actuality it will be two+ weeks.

I purchased a blower moter for my 2005 dodge grand caravan from parts geek they sent the wrong part so i emailed the company because that is all u can do they provide no phone # contact. They emailed me back and stated to send the part to keystone auto 1700 parker rd location 130, charlotte, nc, so i did sent the part registerd mail and insured in, so the part was recieved by keystone and never sent back i inquired where is my refund from parts geek only to be insulted and told that i now have to sent it to another location the location they gave me was wrong, i have contacted keystone by phone only to be told that the sign for may parts and they can not located mine with out the part # i provide the part # now they told me that they sent it back to the post office which is not ture, so it is going in to six weeks and i still have not got my part or my money but i have the post receipt and confirmation that keystone signed and revieved my auto part.

Company has a no cancellation policy. Even if you call right after you place the order they will not cancel. 15% restocking fee if returned for any reason. Complete rip off company. Beware. they also do not answer thier phone. The only phone answered is the order desk. They say if you have problems call customer service. if you call customer service they don't answer.

Had rear hatch shocks not described very well, sent me shocks for rear window. 15% restocking fee(since it was my fault, accodring to them), shipping costs were outrageous both sending them to me and returning them.

Refund took at least 2 weeks to return to my account. I will never do business with them again. I found my local auto parts store was cheaper anyways. I'll buy local.

Their customer support is non existent. Called twice and was on hold for over an hour each time before giving up and hanging up. They make you pay for return shipping when it's their fault AND don't refund for the original shipping you paid. Horrendous company overall!!!
