The company, Pay Per Call Inc. (now iPay Per Call) should be avoided at all costs. We reached agreement to obtain incoming phone leads for clients in a specific niche. One of their publishers engaged in fraud by sending total fake callers that were trained to stay on the phone so we had to pay but the callers were not real. Total fraud. Jim Girardi of Pay per call inc. shut down the fraudulent publisher (good) but was unable to deliver other real callers. Next Jim tried radio advertising. OK but still did not produce.
Good side: Jim Girardi did provide a partial refund for pre-paid services.
Bad side: Jim Girardi, both in writing (email) and over the phone, promised to provide a refund for services agreed to but Pay per call inc. decided to not provide. They have not refunded and will not answer phone messages & emails. Basically they've decided to unilaterally terminate the services agreement & keep the money & blow me off.
Bottom line: They facilitated fraud by a publisher, did not deliver quality phone calls, quit providing service and kept the money. Do not believe the ""zero risk"" stuff on the website. Do find another pay per call services provider & stay away from Pay per call inc & iPay per call.
