There is nothing on our credit that says we are delinquent and it really ticks me off that there are people out there who have nothing else to do but harass people relentlessly. I hve received two phone call from angencies attempting to collect ona payday loan i never requested or received. They have stolen my identity. They have threatened to have been arrested on a criminal complaint they have supposedly filed with th elocla prosecutor. Now Check Systems has called and toldme that they are collecting of a fraudulent checkI wrote. They backtracked and then stated that beacuse i authorized the withdrawl from my bank account that is considered a fraudulent check. They are wrong. It's a scam and fraud. I have filed complaints with my State Attorney General and the FTC.
