Tracy Davidson is currently scamming the net with a promise of delivering paid signups to Penny Matrix, XPlocial and other programs – which are likely legit in and of themselves.
He simply has NOT delivered the paid signups people have PAID him for.
Personally, I have been waiting since AUGUST 2013 for signups that I paid $100 for.
There is no way to contact Tracy Davidson – his Facebook page does NOT accept “likes”.
People have been waiting since at LEAST April, from what information I can gather.
I don’t know if he’s inept or PURPOSEFULLY scamming people of their hard earned money.
But currently, he blames his Filipino workers for his failure to deliver what people have PAID him for!
He was previously pimping ZEEK REWARDS – so he has no problem getting involved with and PROMOTING a complete and total scam.

Tracy Davison has scammed me (and many in my team of 189 people) BIGTIME! Initially in a video he showed his callcentre that was about to open with 10000 agents that would recruit 50000 people a day for us, and he showed that he already was a internet millionaire, so i believed him and went ahead buying 17 signups for $250 but built my own team at the same time.
That was in October 2013, it's June 2014 and he is still only on page 6 of 80+ pages and even started another businesses too now! You can't contact him or pinoy because when you click contact on their website nothing happens. the agent i had was fired, the current agent didn't accept my friendrequest of Facebook so no contact possible. I tried to get a refund but his assistant claims we were told about the no refund policy and that just isn't true! I remember very clearly before buying signups i asked my agent several questions about what we would get for our money.
After any form of contact was impossible i posted a negative comment on his wall and it was removed immediately, only postive comments allowed. So when i was asked to be a agent (they recruit agents on facebook) i accepted just so i could see what the hell he was teaching his people, but quit the 2nd day once i had seen what he teaches. I still have the manual; it shows it is mandatory for all agents and directors to leave positive comments behind each post and video on Tracy's wall. If you don't then you don't get your bonus. that is why he only sees positive people and some of his followers think everybody loves him. To me it just shows he is a narcisitic man, creating a cult-like atmosphere on his facebook wall.
I would like to bring Tracy to court because not only did he scam me out of my money, he also damaged my image and the image of Penny Matrix company, because we all brought people into my team showing them Tracy's video and that blew up in our face.
Unfortunately i think we will never see the signups again...i now have a matrix of 189 of inactive members who all gave up and my friend who already recieved his 20 signups says they all became inactive in the second month. Inactive means no money.
DO NOT TRUST this man. I made that mistake and that might be on me, but could i have known that it was a scam? I don't think so!
