Sheila Carter called my son and told him that I had better get in touch with her immediatley to pay for a debt going back to 2006 from a Pay Day Loan in Kenosha, WI

I called her back and she said if I did not pay her $155.95 by four o'clock that day she would have me locked up that night.

She seemed to know all about me and acted as if she was reading off the case number which she stated as number 930834.

She said that 4 previous agencies had tried to reach me and that now she would finally solve this case.

I told her I had not heard from any places via mail or email or phone calls and that my number has been the same for years.

She frightenend me enough by saying that it was the company called AA financial that wanted me and there was no more time for negotiations. I told her I am disabled and get only a very little check each month! She said if I did not get her $155.95 by 4 o'clock that day I would indeed be arrested. I tried reverse phone look up and found that she is based in St.Louis, MO. Her pho0ne number is 314-261-9701.

I sent her the $155.95 as a Wal-mart money gram as she told me to and sent it to Payment Manangement Solutions. She told me to put, my home town as the city. She told me to circle the "Recieve Code " and call her right afterwards with that code. I did exactly that.

Upon reflection I realized that I did not have any of her info like a proper place where she worked or her email address.

I called her again to ask her to send me any and all info regarding my total bill on her letterhead. She seemed confused and and asked me what that meant. She told me not to worry and that now that I have paid her the first payment she would apply for a "Hardship case" for me as I am disabled. I quote exactly what she said, "I got you babygirl." She said, "I am looking at your record and its a shame that you have not been in any kind of trouble before. These Pay Day Loan places are ruining everyones credit." She said originally I owed 963.00 but now I owe $1, 990.00.

She then said, "Now that takes care of July so you don't call me in July and I won't call you until August."

I just filed a report to the FTC because now when I call her she does not answer and I am getting tons of suspicious spam mail entititled " Arrest Warrant.... I started to open one but stopped when my computer said not to because it was malicious.

I want to find who the hell got my money and when I try to look up Payment Management Solutions there is only a number with a recording!

My friend said she also got a call just like that and they also used the wording ,"Harship Case", etc. Thats when I realized it was a scam!

Thank you,

Kim C Mxxx

SCAM

I am scared now because I just got a call that said the same thing from Samantha Powell her extension #405 phone number 4633536735 I'm not sure if I should send the payment or not. I'll contact the debt I had. She said she ran a background check on me and that my record is clean so to avoid going to jail for 120 days I need to make a payment towards the account. She said she'd only be in the office for the next 40 minutes I called the number back and someone else answered refusing to transfer me to her because she is in litigation. When they answered the phone they answered MRS I think. Nothing close to Payment Management Solutions. I asked for some proof they said they don't do that. They said once I make the first payment they will send me an email confirming my balance and my payment. They said once my balance was paid off I would get a restitution letter.

SCAM!!!!!!!

10:18 THIS MORNING, I GOT A CALL FROM A MAN WHO SAID HIS NAME WAS RANDY WILLIAMS AND THAT MY SON WAS HAVING 2 FELONY FRUAD CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST HIM IN SAID COUNTY THAT HE RESIDE IN AND THAT HE NEEDED TO CONTACT THEM RIGHT AWAY. UPON CONTACTING THEM, THEY TOLD MY SON HE OWED $835.70 AND THAT IF HE DID NOT PAY IN FULL BY 3:00 PM A WARRANT WOULD BE ISSUED FOR HIS ARREST. THESE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPANTS HAVE JUST ENOUGH INFO TO CONVINCE YOU THAT THEY HAVE A CASE AGAINST YOU. AND THE FACT THAT THEY RUSH YOU BY SAYING YOU HAVE NO TIME TO GET THEM THE MONEY MAKES IT EVEN MORE DEVASTATING. HOWEVER, I WAS LEARY. MY SON WAS UPSET AND PULLED AWAY FROM HIS JOB TO HANDLE THIS SO I SAID DO NOT SEND A MONEY GRAM OR USE YOUR CARD FOR PAYMENT UNTIL YOU CALL THE LOCAL PD AND FIND OUT IF ARREST WARRANTS HAVE BEEN ISSUED IN YOUR NAME. HE DID THAT AND NO WARRANTS WERE ISSUED AND IN FACT THE PD SAID THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING SEVERAL CALLS ABOUT SIMILAR ACTIVITY. ITS A REAL SHAME....EVERY TIME HE CALLED TO GET MORE INFO FROM THESE PEOPLE HE SPOKE TO SOMEONE DIFFERENT AND SINCE HE POSED SO MANY QUESTIONS THEY WERE SUSPICIOUS...

A man named James Mclain called me on Jan. 5, 2015. He told me that my daughter had a warrant for her arrest and it could only be taken care of if we send them $800.00 by 5 p.m. I told him that I couldn't do one thing about it until the following day. I got the money and called him back and he told me to send it thru moneygram. Which I did. Yesterday the 12th I called him and told him that the warrant was still there and I wanted to know where my money was and he put me on hold. 4 minutes later, I hung up and tried to call him again and the recording on the phone said that that phone was not set up to take calls. I knew then that it was a scam and he knew that I knew it. Now if anyone calls that number they always hear the same thing ''this phone is not set up to take calls''. Please help me. Thank you, Joyce Hargis
