When I received my New System they told me that they support everything that they sell. But that was a lie, they sent me a printer that they did not support, I asked why they would do that and was told she made a mistake. Then sent the right one after a week. I was not told about other Items I would need to have and to have these items before I received the system that I would need them to get for the system. They are:

Connector Cable for the Zebra Printer.

Labels for the Zebra - Size & type(s) Or Where To Get Them

Thermal Paper for the Epson Receipt Printer - Size & type

Pin Pad, What one to get? Or not get?

I waited over a week for someone to get back in contact with me after I contacted them. Therefore, I contacted the sales department and was told that Andrea was just assigned my request. I over looked this at that time thinking that the company was busy. I went with the company because of the type of system is what I was looking for and that they are located closer to me than the other companies were. I did get offers from those other companies that were lower in cost and had the same system program, but I went with this company because they seemed to want help me and could give me the help I needed. Now I am rethinking, I might have made a mistake with going with your company and now it is too late to stop payment. If this was not an over sight, then the sale person, Andrea should have told me about these items that I needed before the system was delivered to me so I could have had them here went it arrived. Or told me where to get the supplies that I would need.

I have tried on Friday March 27th, to contact someone in the Support Section and was put on hold for over 45 minutes before I gave up! I left a message and no one contacted me about setting up a time and date to get my system up and working. But all that has been set-up and working Except for the Pin Pad.

Also, Andrea told me to buy a Pin Pad that Their Company DOES NOT provide support for, it is the Verifone VX805, and what type of business is it that they are running here? I thought she knew what she was doing! I made the purchase of that Pin Pad she told me to buy. If you do not know in Oct 1, 2015, the pin pads that are now available will not be in compliance with the new Chip cards that will be coming out & the new EMV cards. And the only pin pads my provider has that will be incompliance is the one I now have. What can be done to get this problem fixed?

Now I am just Stuck with it, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!
