I returned the product unopened to the company two or three weeks bofore they drafted my account. The draft caused a $60.00 fee to be charged against my account.
I called to Ask when the product was received by them and was told by Bira that the warehouse kept that info and he would not contact them to get it nor give me the number.
They refunded me the price of the product minus restocking fees but refused to refun the overdraft charges.
