I am looking for the owners to file suit on this business. I paid them 13k to repair my 2013 dodge chalenger and all they are doing is sending it from one shop to another trying to get it drivable but from what tommy himself has told me he doesnt even have the money i paid him to finnish my car. My car 4 months latter is in pieces at a 3rd party shop in worse condition than i left it with Perfection. He cannot even give me my insurance paid money back so i can get tires on my car to safely tow it home at this time. He has damaged more to get more money from my insurance and has no plans other than patch up a few thing to say he repaired it and keep thousand of dollars in his own pocket. I have been in the car business for 20 years and have never ever seen a shop totally just rip people off like this. My car will never be fully repaired. Me and tommy sat and talked a while so he was fully aware how big a job this was and my expectations. He cannot nor will he do everything the insurance company is paying him to do. Furthermore he isnt a complete body shop. He is more like a broker. He takes the money and your car and sends it to other people to do the work cheaper and he keeps the profits. When he runs out of money on your car its probably because he is using your money to fix someone elses. after 4 months my 2013 dodge challenge has no wheels. does not run. he ran a grinder down the side of it to get more insurance money. the left rear wheel is bent in. the radiator mounts are broken. Oh ya the interrior of my brand new car is full of parts and grease and dirt and tools. i am persuing criminal charges.
