It's been a while since my encounter with them, about a year but I do remember very well what happened. I paid £400 which is a lot for me and after 2 weeks of filling in my application and given them the money they did nothing. They didn't feel that any profile for me and they didn't contact me. I then began to contact them and ask them when they were going to do a profile for me etc, only then did they attempt to do that and they sent me the profile that they've made for me and it was completely wrong not the way I wanted to be betrayed at all. They spoke to a few guys and I could see their conversations but again not the way I wanted to be betrayed. Time is dragging on and it was about for five weeks for me paying them and still nothing was done no dates nothing. They weren't even trying at all this is not what they advertised, so being very disheartened I asked for my money back and they said they didn't do refunds. But then they didn't provide me the service that they promised. So having no where to turn I Reported them for fraud. All they can do is advise me and tell me that either they provide the service or they have to pay you back because they haven't provided the service. I told them this and they said they had picked give me back £200. By this time it gone on too long few months and they done nothing so I decided to take the £200 for that they were offering me anything better than that. So they taken £200 maybe £300 of me at this point. It was awful.
