All I wanted to do was look at a truck at there at dealership but i was to busy to make it in. I was a sent an email by the sales person asking if I can reschedule and I did not reply because I could not give a time. two hours later I got an email from two credit company's letting me know I had some one run my credit basicly a hard inquiry with out my permission. I called the dealership 5 times and I asked to speak to the sales and finance manages and always went to voice mail. so what they did is used my info from 5 years ago and ran my credit with out asking and my credit took a hit that you peruzzi and I'm still waiting on their managers to call me back to fix my issues
