I purchased the Petsafe Simply Clean Litter Box, an electronic litter box system that rotates continuously, picking up the waste and filtering it into a waste receptacle.
The product worked great at first. But over time it became very noisy. Then, one of the two motors stopped working. I contacted the company and they sent me a new motor to replace it, but they sent me the wrong motor (there are two motors in the unit, and they are not interchangeable).
Eventually, rather than continuing to deal with them, I simply bought a new unit and threw the old one away. Again, it worked great...at first.
Then, the second unit became noisy and eventually one of the motors failed. At that point, I simply threw away the product and purchased a different product from another company.
I used the product accordingly to the instructions, kept emptying it and refilling and cleaning it as I should, etc.
Clearly this product works great at first but does not last very long and is therefore not reliable. I advise against purchasing it.
