They use other peoples property listings and pretend to represent them. They will ask for a wire transfer, money transfer, etc. and you will never see any rental. They are frauds. With any rental please call the people representing the property. See what they know about the home, the island, nearest airport, etc. If it feels fishy it probablly is. If it seems like a good deal and too god to be true, it likely is.
