On 06/22/12 we purchased into PGR and as part of the down payment we traded a time share,the purchase was contingent on the sale of the time share.Two years later we are still obligated and paying on the time share, through Time Share Wholesellers, who failed to even attempt to transfer ownership despite repeated request.
Contacted PGR and was told they refused to cancel contract and refund all monies paid,even though they failed to honor their commitment at the time of purchase. They did threaten to ruin my credit and attempt to collect even though they refused to complete their end of the agreement to accept the time share as part of the purchase agreement.
