Ordered medications for high blood pressure and antianxiety via pharmacy-network.com online website. Paid per PNI's May 1, 2014 emailed order confirmation from Cherie, Admin Support Team, PNI Pharma Group with payment instructions to utilize Western Union on May 03, 2014.

Email replied with payment details to PNI per their May 1, 2014 email instructions:

1. Full name of payment sender

2. Method of payment sent (Western Union)

3. Amount sent (in GBP)

4. Pharmacy Network Order Number

5. MTCN number of Western Union payment

PNI was paid an added cost for EMS trackable shipping for this order.

Had to email PNI over 40 (forty) times via personal email account and through pharmacy-network.com contact page before receipt of two (2) email replies from PNI Admin to acknowledge order. One (1) email reply from PNI follows:

"Unfortunately, we have had to move our distribution from India due to new regulations concerning the supply of prescription drugs from India which is now illegal. Any medications now purchased from India suppliers will be 99% seized by India customs before they even leave India. Nothing to do with USA customs. We shall be dealing with the backlog of orders over next two weeks and hopefully getting back to a degree of normality. We apologise to our customers who may have got caught up with these delays but we must, as a business, operate within the law and many pharmacies now that are left do not!

My response to PNI email #1 was sent on Wed, May 14, 2014 at @ 4:19 PM:

"Thank you for the courtesy of your reply.

You have stated your company's decision to move distribution from India to another unspecified country has caused a backlog of orders.

However, at the time of my order, your website did not disclose that a PNI business decision to move distribution from India to another unspecified country would cause my paid order to be delayed".

"Consequently, as a prepaid customer of your worldwide internet internationally advertised service, be advised that PNI's business decision to move distribution from India to another unspecified country which you state caused your backlog of orders is not my problem.

Email reply from Cherie at PNI on Wed, May 14, 2014 at @ 4:21 PM follows:

"You fail to understand that it is now ILLEGAL to ship any medications from India and therefore, we have taken a huge risk by moving our business to another country in order to fulfil the orders that our customers have placed with us. As I am sure you can appreciate, this has been a huge task and has taken some time to set up. Your order will be shipped and you will receive it. However, I would ask for your patience and understanding as we endeavour to successfully ship all the orders in turn.

Many other on-line pharmacies have now ceased business and hence many customers will lose their money and their goods. PNI, on the other hand, have not; we will remain loyal to all our customers and will deliver the goods that have been paid for.

Kind Regards

Email reply to above sent Thu, May 15, 2014 at 3:01 PM:

"Thank you for your promptly courteous reply.

Your statement "it is now ILLEGAL to ship any medications from India" was a cause for concern, as it is of utmost importance to obey legitimately enacted laws of all civilized countries. As it was not stated which law(s) of the country of India might be violated, this concern invited an inquiry into the known relevant appropriate agencies, the Government of India Ministry of Law and Justice and the Government of India Narcotics Control Bureau.

The Narcotics Control Bureau of India inquiry is helpful in referencing a list of controlled substances

in tandem with THE NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES ACT, 1985 (NDPS) - enacted 16th September, 1985), the most recent NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 of the Government of India and a list of banned controlled substances per the Government of India Narcotics Control Bureau.

Copies of THE NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES ACT, 1985 (NDPS - enacted 16th September, 1985 ), the most recent NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 and a list of banned controlled substances per the Government of India Narcotics Control Bureau have not been attached, as all are readily available through the Government of India Ministry of Law and Justice and the Government of India Narcotics Control Bureau. As indicated in the list of banned controlled substances per the Government of India Narcotics Control Bureau, the medications in order #" "do not appear to be contained anywhere on the list of controlled substances as referenced by THE NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES ACT, 1985 (NDPS - enacted 16th September, 1985 ), and the most recent NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 sourced by the Government of India Narcotics Control Bureau.

Reassurance was found in your declaration that PNI has “taken a huge risk by moving our business to another country in order to fulfil the orders that our customers have placed with us.” and “As I am sure you can appreciate, this has been a huge task and has taken some time to set up. Your order will be shipped and you will receive it.”

I do understand and appreciate that PNI has indicated their position that as an international business with worldwide concerns and commerce interests, it believes it is doing well by their customers.

However, since order" "does not appear to contain any banned or illegal substances as outlined in the Government of India Narcotics Control Bureau list of controlled substances and does not appear to be in violation of THE NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES ACT, 1985 (NDPS - enacted 16th September, 1985) or the most recent NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014 as sourced by the Government of India Narcotics Control Bureau and the Government of India Ministry of Law and Justice, please be advised of the following previously emailed and stated position":

“You have stated your company's decision to move distribution from India to another unspecified country has caused a backlog of orders. At the time of my order" "your website did not disclose that a PNI business decision to move distribution from India to another unspecified country would cause my paid order to be delayed. Consequently, as a prepaid customer of your worldwide internet internationally advertised service, be advised that PNI's business decision to move distribution from India to another unspecified country which you state caused your backlog of orders is not, nor is it reasonable to be construed as, your customer's problem.

Awaiting your prompt reply with either the EMS traceable express shipping number or the Western Union MTCN number indicating including the requested refund amount”..dated..”Wednesday May 14, 2014”

"I had expected to quickly and easily resolve this matter with your prompt shipment or refund of order" "and at this time am still hopeful of the same. However, as stated above, if your reply has not been received by the close of business on Thursday May 15, 2014, I shall consider other available remedies and avenues of restitution open. Regards,"

As of May 19, 2014 @ 2:00 PM, PNI has been emailed over 80 (eighty) times from either my email account or the PNI company "contact us" form, utilizing the same or similarly worded emails. At this time, I have not received my order, a refund or any additional email updates from Cherie {Admin Support Team PNI Pharma Group} or another PNI representative, necessitating this report to www.ripoffreport.com.

I shall continue to email PNI until I receive my order or this issue is resolved.
