If you live in Reading Pennsylvania and are in need for Contacts stay away from these Scammers (526 Penn st). I was prescribed contacts which werent right for my eyes, they were burning and irritating my eyes as soon as I tried them on. The doctor said it was normal and would go away in time but it did not. Two days later one tore and they gave me another in its place. A day they gave me the new one the other one tore and I returned again requesting they write me a new prescription for another brand after doing some researching.
So since I would not purchase my contacts from their store they decide to scam me for another fitting fee. In the first place their contacts are tripple the price from any other company that I have seen. Secondly, if they had discussed options with me before prescribing I would have not chosen the brand the doctor prescribed. Third if he already was aware of the contacts irritating and burning my eyes why didnt he care enough to change them.
Lastly these scammers say its policy they charge me a new fitting fee but havent showed me a store policy or ever informed me of this beforehand. So now its either pay them or go to another doctor and have to pay for the whole eye exam over again. I choose, neither I rather wear my glasses and take their scamming asses to court . The moral to this story is dont go there and be choosey about who you do buisness with.
