I worked there for a couple of months and it was like 2 year old children fighting over a toy. All of the inter workings of the company is aired in public forum and the employees are encouraged to bad mouth one another, and to lie to the clients. They wanted us to set a schedule and if you missed it, or were late, you were treated like a child. We are not hourly employees. We are sub contractors and after calling the labor board in my state I found out this was not even legal. We are forced to blog 3 times per day/ post to a news group/ and vote every 3 hours. The dispatchers who send calls to us are so mean and hateful that you cringe when they message you. All of this is not legal. We are not paid to do it. I called and filed a complaint with the department of labor. Also they send so many emails screaming back and forth at each other, calling each other names that are so disrespectful that it made me hurt for those affected. If you can get through all that, your still not paid, and when they finally do, they make you feel as though you should be thanking them for paying you for money you earned. I would not recommend that anyone work there unless they desire abuse. The owner of the company is crazy. She calls the girls whores, sluts, bitches, and even worse. I refuse to repeat some of the names I've heard.
Worked for Donna for less than a month before coming to the realization that something was very wrong about the deceptive advertising practices, trolling and private information from customers how they are used and how t he customers are talked about and treated.
The company does not pay the contractors: If a contractor is lucky enough to get a call in a four to five hour period, it is usually about 10 minutes long, then you must go vote for the site (that's right. the company increases it's own stats by voting, and having all the operators clear cache aqnd cookies to go back in and vote as if the votes are unique. )
If you do complain, even if you are respectful and polite, you will be ignored. If you have to send a reminder, Donna becomes beligerant giving the green light to other trainers to harrass via email and everything else. There are reports about her threatening, taking personal nfo from operators that send it to her for verification, and things like that. So far, I haven't experienced it, but I am so prepared if I do, even if it is a year from now. All I have experienced is Donna claiming she is too busy to read emails., admitting her company is unorganized, and long, wind-bagged emails from her filled with defensive excuses as to why everyone that complains is jealous because they want to be her (I have this in writing. I have an email from her stating that people put things online about her because they are jealous and want to be her because she has....get this.....air-conditioning. Brilliant business woman or mean girl with new money trying to make a name for herself in a very saturated industry that has one **** of an infiriority complex !
Aside of not getting paid, and a crap load of time you will spend advertising and voting and blogging for free, you will be disrespected and a lot of your time will be wasted by this aging bully, Donna. I didn't work for DMB Times very long. I was just in the training part of it. I got fired because I didn't sign in right when I wasnt given all the information. The training lady Jayme told me how incompetent and stupid I was. I tried emailing Dana and Donna who are In charge of all this and no reply. I then decided to create a new user name and what do you know they replied mainly Dana. She called me various names and brought my kids into the conversation. When I informed her that people I knew where getting harassed she said she didn't have anything to do with it and to take it up to desi. To me it shows your admiring that something happened. Then I received an email saying she would file against me for harassment. When I emailed her back to show proof she never replied. That Dana lady kept running her mouth. She said I was white trash and downgraded my children. She said im pathetic and so on. I then informed both of them that if this does not stop and my friends or family members or me keep getting harassed and you don't stop spreading my information around I will press legal charges. The only one that would reply to me was Dana. She said whatever if you put this much effort into your job you would have one good luck. To me I did put effort into it it's not really my fault that they can't reply back to me and then all of a sudden during this training than this lady jayme went off on me. If anyone has any info or how you handled this please let me know. I would stay away from this company if I were you.

Keep all of your records, look at your phone bill at the men's phone numbers,hopefully you kept all that. I have phone bills, screen shots and every email from the time I started so if anything gets weird with my information, accounts or anything else, I know it was her or someone linked to her.
