I literally could not be more disappointed in anything I have invested this much money in since opening my business. A website is crucial to your success and having my sight held hostage by a woman who can’t even return the 17 emails and 15 phone calls I have been forced to send or make over the past two months trying to get updates that I have been waiting a YEAR AND A HALF for! I have called begging for a response. The last time we spoke she promised the updates would be done by the end of the day in 5 email’s spaced two weeks apart… Long day...??? she uses “illnesses and deaths in her family” as excuses which is just wrong. Just look at her Facebook wall to see I am not alone but clearly part of a large group of customers left with no response and no updated or work done on their site. Completely bogus. Beautiful work but who cares if you can’t update or change it as the years go on.....so sad.
