Pizza Hut (in China specifically) Have now twice ripped me off on takeaway pizzas. The first time, there was half the amount of cheese compared to eating in... The second time, almost no cheese at all!
Cheese tends to be an imported product into China, hence - the most expensive part of the pizza.
The 2nd time, I took a photo... I was really pissed! My pizza had less cheese than a packet of crisps.
The love of my life has worked for Pizza Hut for 20 years. During those 20 years he has never once called in sick. Besides his earned vacation time he took two days off when his father passed away and that is it. A year and a half ago he was transferred from a store he was running as General Manager for 8+ years to their busiest atore in North America. That store was losing upwards of $150,000 annually partially due to the fact that they are the only store in the area that offers buffet twice a day, seven days a week. As a General Manager he is suposed to get a monthly percentage of the profits as a bonus. Even after putting tens of thousands of dollars back into the store due to years of neglect from previous management, they were profitable this year. He turned it around for them when no one else could. His supervisor came to him in the begining of this week to inform him that he is not doing as good of a job as the corporate office would have liked and he is being demoted. This man spends 70+ hours a week at this store working harder than anyone I know. It is almost like a brand new store because of all of the improvements that had to be done. Today, though, he was told that not only is he being demoted, but he is not getting his bonus for working through the rest of this period... He has sacrificed his monthly bonus's to improve the building and surroundig property because he does what is right and what is good for the company. He is a very loyal and dependable employee and genuinely cares about his customers and employees. Now, even though he is still busting his ass every day during their busiest period he will not be seeing anything for all of the hard work and sacrifices he has made. I was very recently laid off from my place of employment with no notice, and we were counting on that bonus to stay on top of our bills and make sure we could give our children a decent Christmas. So thank you Pizza Hut for turning our holidays, which are suposed to be a happy time, into a nightmare. Thank you for taking food out of our childrens mouths because all you care about is the bottom line. Thank you for making the man I love and adore feel like he is worthless after he spent the las 20 years working his fingers to the bone for you. Thank you for making it so painfully obvious that you do not care at all about loyal hardworking employees. I would say you should be ashamed, and this would have never have happened if Dick were alive, but I know you could care less, as you have already shown.

I ordered online from pizzahut website so i have confirmation email and paper reciept being so that ive had probs in( past with them reguarding pizzahut delivery drivers begging and harrassing me for more tips! So .Food was delivered and i signed reciept and i tipped cash since i paid with my debit bank card online and they steal extra money from my account!! When did thanksgiving become thanksTAKING!!? I will be taking further action this time!
Pizza Hut's web page says that for $11 you can get any size any topings. However, when you go to order it, limits are imposed on the toppings and the pizza itself. Really deceptive.

When I first started I liked my boss we were cool..Everytime I called out sick he would tell me he can fire me for that even with a doctors note so I started ignoring my doctors notes n going to work n my hours have been dropping every new hire has more hours than me.. Sometimes on my days off they will text n see if I could come in I will do so.. What my complaint is about is that he favorite some employees over the others for example I'm fast at what I do n I be on the schedule from six to ten but most likely I finish about nine or nine fifteen n they will send me home stating they have no more hours to give so I go home but the new hire is schedule to work from five to nine it's after nine n he's still there how is that possible if u have no extra hours to give.. Plus they do not clean that building good enough broken lids dirty pans .. Boss goes on deliveries to make tips even if we have drivers avaible.. I got plenty to complain about but just gonna say a few for now.. It's not fair!!
I ordered a pizza last night around 8:48 it was after 10 o'clock I call them and talked the manager he lied and told me they were on a 90 min wait after 10 o'clock. The manger didnt tell me it was a 90 min wait when I orderd the pizza I was not please with the service it was the first day of school today I had to get the kids something else to eat around 11 o'clock and he so not qualified to be a manger nor to run a business very rude talk loud screaming in my ear and a liar.
Pizza Hut is ridiculous, honestly. How hard is it to deliver clear, transparent advertising without having to hide behind a ton of terms and conditions?
To be clear I am talking about the current $11.00 "Any" pizza. Stuffed crust? That costs more, extra cheese, that costs more, specialty pizza, that costs more, extra toppings that costs more.
Clearly this isn't a "any pizza, any size, any toppings" promotion. I mean, a meat lovers with extra cheese and it's $18.00 instead of the advertised $11? When you advertise "any pizza", it should BE any pizza. Quite frankly, I consider it false advertising and the fact that you can hide behind terms and conditions to falsely promote a product is asinine at best.
This isn't the only time they've done this, they have had plenty of promos for their stores, where they advertise one thing and fail to be clear about their intentions. A Bix Box meal with three pizzas advertised for $20.00? They fail to tell you if it isn't anything besides a single topping pizza, it goes from $20.00 to $40.00 easily.
It's about time companies like this are held responsible for their decepetive advertising practaices.
I was robbed by this establishment on January 1,2014. I ordered food at a total of 24.95 and the food arrived four hours late and freezing cold, i spoke to the manager and she said not to worry i wouldnt be charged. Since they had my creditcard information they decided to charge me anyways.
i am completely apauled by the fact that they stole this money from me and eight months later i have yet to see a refund. i have called dozens of times and by now ( i am sure you would agree) that i deserve i compensation for punitive damages and emotional distress. the manager does not move a finger in order to help me therefore i need third party assitance.the manager was incredibly rude, and she needs to be fired immediately. never give this establishment your credit card information they might steal your money to.

I was off today morning and was supposed to report to work at 5PM.
I took my 2 daugthers to eat some wings and while eating the area Manager Nishar walked in.
He went inside and printed a form and came out to the dining room.
He said he would lie to ask me few questions about an ongoing sexual harasement that was file against some of the workers.
I told him that i was a customer at the time he wanted to talk to me and i was not willing to do that and also i had to watch my kids movement.
I t was just not the right time and that made furious he started yelling and threatning me"You want play that game you will see".
I said to him that he couldnt scare me because i did not have nothing to do with what is going on and any way if it was the case he could wait until i ome to work.
He then went inside called the police on me . i waited outside the store until the police officer came and i explained to him what i went through.
He advised me to filed a civil law suit because the area manager did not have the wright to force me to talk while i was not working but eating as a customer.
I decided to resign and find something else to do but i would like to give a lesson to help those who are permanently been abuse by this person.
