Do not give this company any credit card information. My wife bought some items for the Vikings game and they charged our credit card $15,000.00 during November and December 2018. Neither the credit card company nor Plarium will help us. We are on social security and this is almost how much we receive each year.
The server goes down every other weekend, if your town is not shielded, you will be attacked and destroyed by other towns. There is no way to know when this will happen, and no way to stop it. Then they offer you Boosts that you can buy to rebuild said town. I have been scammed twice like this now, and Plarium does nothing to help restore your town, when it was their servers fault. Stay away............. not worth the time or effort
I am playing a game called Sparta World of Empires. I often use a product they sell called Political Attack Units. A lot of the times when I use these I deploy them with game maxium of 10 units.
Typically when using 10 packs of these units I score around 3K PVP points. When I came accross a city that had nothing but offence untis my damage was cut back and instead of the typical 3k PVP I recieved only 208 PVP.
Having recieved only 1/15 of my normal PVP points I filed a complaint with their support and the person responding went by the name of Andrew. Support ticket #BNL-738-36546.
The product is sold with a stated attack power and if you click on the question mark for information on the unit it promises one to one damage.
Normally in this game when you catch a player with offense left out it is "Happy Days" and you are awarded a massive kill and bragging rights. Instead, my attack power somehow got cut off below the knees, just slightly above the ankle.
Giving maxium defense value to the attack units, I found that I was given less than 1/7 the attack power and not one for one as promosied. That was done by taking the max defense value for each unit and adding full upgrade bonus.
Support was unable to explain how my PA units performed worse against weak offense troops than they did against strong defensive troops Support tried to explain it away by claiming battle advantage and top secret formula. This is nonsence as I am entitled to the one for one damage promised.
I gave support game photos of the dismal performance of the PA units verses attack units aloing with two examples of more typical PA units verses defense units. My attack should have destroyed all the attack units at the player city and destroyed the Hermes temple and not have taken multiple attacks to destroy the Hermes.
Here is my 208 PVP attack with 10 PA units against offence only in the city.

Plarium servers are bad and they do not respond to comsumers
Do not waste your money, they ripe you off.
Plarium makes no effort to respond to complaints and will not replace losses that occur due to servers going down for extensive amounts of time.
