I have used this company for a few months now, the customer service sucks. It takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get through to a human. I am on hold right now! I set aside some time last night to call them and was on hold when they closed their office, AN HOUR EARLY!. $10 is only good for 60 days now. Anyway, if it gets too bad I will have to look elsewhere.
