DISHONEST dealership! When I took my Chevy in to have a state inspection done, there was a minor issue with leaking oil, needing a belt and gasket replacement. What generally most competent and honest auto repairs shops would need less than an hour to complete, tried to charge me $500 for labor!! When i complained, the manager awkardly went in the back and spoke to one of the "technicians," he admitted he had charged an additional $50 just for having to clean up a few drops of oil! They were only willing to cut the cost down by half an hour.
Overall, A total bill of nearly $500 for what would take most competent shops less than an hour and less than half the cost! The customer service was very rude and brushed off my objections to the cost, which they didn't see as a big deal. Any dealership that thinks it can charge customers labor charges like this won't be in business for very long! There are much better Chevy Dealers in the area that I have used in the area, just avoid this one at all costs, it's not worth the headache.
