I worked for this company for over a year. Invested my time and efforts. Above and beyond the call of duty. The day the owner John Cubbison told me that all of his personal bills get paid even before payroll I should have known. I continued working as he was an uncle to my wife and I believe in family.Now John and Pony Express owes me close to 10,000.00 and will not respond to any form of communication. Except when I went to the labor board. Then he decided to open communication. Then I made another mistake. I called the labor board and cancelled my case against him. Once he received the letter (oh btw he intentionally ignored certified mail from the state) he cut off all communication again leaving me once again up in the air. He did this to me knowing that there were medical conditions with one of my kids, his niece. Since then I have reinstated my case against him. I am writing this on here to warn anyone else considering working for Pony Express Couriers.
